Collect Information

The first step is to have a phone consultation to determine if we’re a good fit for the project. If not, we’ll point you in the right direction! We’ll then come out to your home to meet you in your space.

We’ll Get You Scheduled

After the estimate we provide is approved, we’ll get you on the schedule. This way you know exactly when we’ll be showing up. We hate guessing when a contractor is going to show up to our own houses as much as you do, so we wanted to keep you completely in the know.

We’ll Get To Work

Once we show up and do the pre-job walkthrough with you, we’ll start tackling the project at hand! Since we want you to feel as comfortable as possible in your own home, we’d love to talk about any specific requests you may have during our time together.

Final Job Walkthrough

After your project is complete, we’ll do a complete walkthrough with you. This way we can show you exactly what we did and ensure you’re completely satisfied! Candidly, we love this step because we get to see your face the first time you see your “new” home.

Follow-Up

Once we’ve left your home, the project isn’t quite over for us. We want to make sure that everything is exactly how you want it to be so we’ll follow up at a later time. With all work, you have a 2-year warranty so if anything doesn’t seem quite right, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
