Finding a painter in my situation felt like a daunting task. I live in a historical house and needed an EPA certified company to perform the work we needed done due the risks of disturbing our (confirmed) lead paint, which was especially important as we have a toddler in the house. The first estimate we received from such a company completely downplayed the risks of lead exposure which was a huge red flag. Thankfully, I found DeHaan Painting who not only was well educated on the topic but went above and beyond to make sure the job was performed safely (in addition to strictly following RRP rules they also performed clearance tests after the work was complete). The owner, Matt, was the most personable and responsive owner of any company I’ve ever worked with. I would have a hard time ever using another painting company. The painting crew performed very high quality work and the customer service was excellent. I even got disconnected during my initial phone call with Nia and instead of waiting for me to call back at a later time she immediately texted me apologizing that their phone system was down and provided all of the information I had asked for via text which I have never had a company do. If I could give DeHaan Painting 10 stars, I would certainly do so! Highly recommend!
