My home is older – do you ever run into problems you have to replace instead of fix it?
Yes. A lot of times on older homes, we find materials that are sub-par ex. Masonite siding. We often replace this with fiber cement or James Hardie Siding.
We also like to use PVC trim when able since this will never rot.
